Just asking as I have recently taken up running and I'm starting to really enjoy it. In fact I'd go so far as to say I'm getting addicted! I've even lost a few pounds I was trying to shift for ages. I completed my first race on saturday (5 miles) and it was a bit of a struggle as Harry the little brat kept me awake half the night by jumping on my face!
I'm aiming to do a half marathon in the middle of september. If anyone else out there is doing any similar training it'd be great to hear from you as maybe we could encourage each other!
