Ragdolls have been an accepted breed for a long while now. What has happened, happily for Ragdolls, is that all the colors/markings are now advanced to Championship status. Good try!

Anywhere between 5-14 days old. I have heard that short hair open between 5-8 days and long haired between 10-14 days.
Beginning of the second week - around 8 days or so.
In my limited experience, about 10 days.
