At the kitty's beck and call
Cindy how did I miss the latest news at kitty central. How lovely that your feral gets to fulfil her maternal urges too.

I love it how hub just noticed one more kitty in the morning
. How's little kitty doing today?

When I moved out of my mother's house, I had one cat, Athena. I decided that one cat was a lonely number, so got Min from a rescue...but, Min was a baby, Athena wanted nothing to do with her, so I got Oliver from the same rescue a couple days later...he was her age, they played, all was well with the world.

Three cats is a good number for anyone right? Then the vet tech told me of the tortiseshell that the owners had abandoned because it had worms and she didn't want to take it to a shelter...so four cats is good, right?

Then the dog finds an eight week old cow kitty on the side of the road. Okay, five. Five is my TOP NUMBER.

Then I went to a breeder to get a bengal for my sister, because hers died...and fell in love with one of the other bengals. Okay, SIX is an even number! NO MORE!

The a co-worker "I have these kittens and my landlord..." yada yada yada.

And no one wants black kittens.

EIGHT CATS!!! *THUMP* Please, someone shoot me now.

*feebly* Anyone want a pair of mostly black kittens that my tortiseshell absolutely adores and who my dog has adopted as her own?

Ok guys...ready for the sweetest story around? The surrogate mom makes enough milk to keep him stable during the day and overnight, but I still have to supplement it when I'm here. Ahem....hub came home tonight to go to bed while I finished up at the bakery. He hadn't been gone more than ten minutes when my cell started ringing...ring, ring, ring.....sigh.....it was hub....he wanted to know how much I fed the little guy at a time, seems he was fussy when hub came in, so he decided he needed to feed him!

Lol! I think it kind of shocked him (this was about two in the morning), 'cause he knew it wasn't there when he went to bed!
