Are you sure they are warm enough before feeding (and all the time, of course) and do you help them poop and pee? They will need help from you.

And I would really suggest going out and getting yourself a scale. You need to know whether they are gaining weight or not.

Take comfort in knowing that you are doing all you can to help them. it's a lot of work to pull kittens back and sometimes they are just to far gone to be helped. Keep trying with the ones that are still alive. You may be able to save them yet. As long as they are alive and receiving round the clock care there is hope.
