Unfortunately, video is not helping to understand what happened last night. What did you discover actually happened to cause the ruckus yesterday?
I would suggest feeding him separately and adding 2-3 drops of olive oil to his wet food. This should help him to go though it may be soft or runny. You’ll want to continue helping him to pee and poop several times a day over the litter box.
I also suggest that you see a different vet for a second opinion and x-rays. I’m very concerned that he is not getting better.
I am about to update the president of the association and ask her to contact one of the vets she usually deals with. The thing is I have recently moved to a more rural area and I no longer have easy access to those vets. Can you call another vet? I’m concerned about too much time going by without further treatment if there is anything that should be done for him beyond rest.
I am sure he will be given what's necessary. He is in good hands really. He may be dehydrated if he is not able to get to the water bowl, but perhaps they will give him sub-q fluids at the vet.
So am I. It's a really long day for him and for us.I’m anxious to hear the report!
