6 Gotta Go - Vegetable Edition

I've heard of kohlrabi, and seen them, just never thought to try one, lol. I might have to grab one sometime. Could be a new favorite.

I never thought I'd like turnips, based on their reputation, but I got a frozen roasting veggie mix with turnip in it, and wow, roasted turnip is amazing! Kind of spicy and. . .idk but it's great. It's probably terrible when boiled though. Most things are.

Kohirabi and Fennel too, just because I am not familiar with these 2.

Mushrooms and olives are my must goes. I'll add on turnips, radishes, kohlrabi and beets.
