If the others are pooping easily and regularly they don't need it. And yes! Just a few drops in each bottle should help to move things along. I don't think the type of olive oil matters.
Hey guys, I've got another question for you. My babies are 2 weeks old today. They have always been good eaters both from the syringe then the bottles. They have been on the bottle (lol) for a week now with no problems. Until yesterday. Now all of a sudden one has stopped feeding well off the bottle. Haven't changed the bottle or the nipple but all of a sudden every feeding he would rather chew on the nipple. I've checked the flow and it's the same as it has been. I'm wondering if maybe he is starting to get some teeth coming in. Any thoughts? Fighting to get him to eat is really starting to stress me out so any imput is wonderful. Is two weeks too young for a teething toy or maybe to start weaning to canned food? From what I've read, its early for both but I am at a loss.
Thank you for sharing these darling pics of this precious baby. He is so beautiful.Keep writing with your questions, everyone here has great info for you. You have found the right site. Post more pics as they grow. You are doing a wonderful job.
Such cutie pies! Don't you just adore their wide-eyed little faces? And their little stubby tails. And their tiny pattypaws? Can you tell I'm a fool for a kitten?
I'll tell you what, Iv never had a cat. Always had dogs (and guinea pigs, rats, ferrets, fish, birds, bunnies, and even a squirrel!). My dad is allergic so, they were kinda off my radar from the get go. That is until these little angels appeared in my back yard. This hasnt been the easiest as there was a HUGE learning curve (who knew cats were so different from other animals? Not me!). But honestly, I absolutely adore them. I went from the dog girl who never really looked twice at a cat to the girl who has as many cats as she does dogs! I already know im gonna keep them all (Although my bf doesnt yet ;D). I figure I have 3 dogs and 3 fish.... its a sign that there are 3 cats, right? Oh, and my 9 year old labrador would be devastated. She has always had a strong mothering instinct but she is completely enamored with these kittens. At this point I wonder if they will be more attached to me or her! lol
Welcome aboard the kitten train - I took in a pregnant stray and kept her and all 4 of her babies, but I've always had lots of cats! So easy to get attached. [emoji]128512[/emoji]
I know, and im a softy. I decided to keep Olive the first day I had her when she yawned and fell asleep in my hand. I have a track record for taking home animals I see yawning....
So does anyone have thoughts about wall plug in fragrance diffusers ( like air wick and glade ) with cats? I've read of the dangers of essential oils getting on cats and it just made me think. Do any of you guys use home fragrances (whether plug ins, spray, standing diffuser, wax melts, ect.)? If so, is the decision of type determined by the fact you have cats? Are there additional concern with kittens (no there isn't one in there room)? Any thoughts on the topic? Please share!
