I thought she did.....but I really don't think that she meant it.....I feel that her only true love was Angel.

I really think she loved them both at the end. Spike was a decent guy....I always thought Angel was a bit mopish (like Dawn). My DH likes Dawn (wonder why?)

I always thought Spike was a tell it how it was guy, yeah so what he got a soul....but he didn't whine about it.

Remember he went to the end of the earth and had to go through those three trials (I think he was trying to get over Buffy). Only he didn't get the prize that he thought he would get. Instead, the demon gave him his soul.
