I live in Rochester NY in a 2 bedroom apartment.
Baby didn't eat alot the last couple of weeks before she delivered either. She binged, I used to tease her and call her a binge eater. I am sure those kittens are taking up her stomach space and she doesn't feel much like eating. Then the hunger just overwhelms her and she must eat to sustain herself and her little ones. She is just getting ready the pretty little boat.

One of my own babies was 10 lb, 5 oz and I know just how she feels
...it was this sense of needing the food but not being able to cope with it once it got down the hatch.

Okay, found the thread Mom
Good luck to you too.

Poior Skittles. She look like she's not only carrying kittens, but they're bringing bags of their own litter and food with them. LOL

If she's eating again, that's a good sign. Don't forget she's also not moving around as much as she used to so she probably isn't as hungry for that reason too.

Wait until she's nursing. She'll eat everything and more.

Hmm... Sounds like she might be getting closer? Do cats get Braxton-Hicks?
She's not that far away now, is she?(from her due date).

Poor thing. She looks so footballesque!

Her due date is May 19th the latest. I know I was told by the Vet April 14th She was pregnant at least 25-30 days Then I went April 24th she had xray done. She has 6+ babies and big... So I have no clue when she is really do...Right now she is wondering and licking her tummy. She is losing fur like nothing.

She may be in early labor if she is wriggling up her face, I don't know if they have Braxton Hicks, I hated those things. I was always so sure they were the real thing. By my 5th child I refused to leave the house until my kids and my coach were begging me lol. I think she is ready to go any day now, it won't be long now.

Be ready
! It's been a really long time since my cat had kittens, but it is sounding quite familiar, the more you talk about it...Maybe she is a little further along than they think. Even if they are off by 3 days, and she has them 2 or 3 days early because of how many she has...Can't wait for baby pictures
!

If you see her whiskers coming forward together towards her nose I'd say that's a contraction, but maybe she is just stretching.
