Well its getting close! Right now its still too big, just big enough where its way too easy for her to get her jaw caught. I'm thinking about ordering some Beastie Bands....is it worth ordering them off the web? Because I've looked everywhere possible here, and can't find a collar that is small enough to fit her. And shes getting big enough and smart enough that every once in a while she tries to sneak out the door when someone is coming in or out, so I want to get her in a collar as soon as possible. Can you put tags on the Beastie Bands? I know you cant use a leash with them, thats why I ask about the tags.

Is she a lot bigger than in your siggy? If she is still fairly small, where did you find a small enough collar? The one I have is supposed to be adjustable, but at the smallest size is still too big. I put it on her and sat with her to see her reaction. At first she was fine, but when she noticed it and tried to get it off, her jaw slipped under it WAY too easy, so I know its still too big.

I waited unitil my boys were about 3 or 4 months old before I put on their collars. It took them a couple of days to get used to them, I would put them on the in the morning and take them off at night for a couple of days and then one night I just left them on. no problems since then.

She's not much bigger than what she is in my siggy!

Try to get a collar that you can basically put the hole anywhere in it.

So a not a solid collar (like leather etc) but a woven one - That way you can make it as small as you like - The only problem after that is you need somewhere to tuck the extra length of collar that sticks out.

Well, I wanted a break-away one, so they use clip in things, not actual buckles. I think I'm going to order some beastie bands, but need to know first if I can put a tag on them. Anyone know?

K, I found a site that said the Beastie Bands do have an eyelet for a tag, so I ordered Marlee two to go in her stocking! The daises on aqua and the fish bones on green. Hope they work for her!
