Let's just hope she doesn't damage herself further.
She hasn't created any new sores in the last two weeks, and her suture sites are finally healing.
Cold laser treatment has been working great at getting her existing sores healed up.

Today we capped her back claws and removed her e-collar, currently she's wearing a rolled up, leopard print dog bandana to help protect the back of her neck.
The first thing she did was give herself a good, all over scratching, I'm sure it felt good, now she's grooming, grooming, grooming, must set everything right after a month in that horrid collar.

Now it's wait and see.
Please, send vibes that she stops mutilating herself and won't need drug therapy or a declaw.

I know just how she feels - I couldn't stop scratching myself after 6 weeks with an arm in plaster! I do hope she is finally on the mend and that all will be well.

Vibes being sent, and Tyler, who just got his e-collar off after 6 weeks this past Saturday, sends a sympathetic cheek rub. He's SO happy
