Favorite Sandwiches?

Seems we have food on the brain here today, might as well ask, what's your favorite sandwiches?

I like tomato/mayo on white breadd
Scrambled egg/mayo on toast
Banana/mayo and/or Peanut Butter on white bread
Sliced pineapple/mayo on white bread
Love a good grilled cheese
Love to take the makings for grilled cheese, add tuna salad and make a tuna melt too......

I like:
Turkey sandwiches from Tim Horton's
Assorted subs with only meat, cheese, a little lettace and a little sub sauce from Mr. Sub
I like bacon and melted cheese on a tosted english muffin with mayo (aka the heart attack sandwich)
I like ham and lettace on a fresh bagel
Banana and peanut butter on white bread

My most favorite is a fried egg sandwich.

Two fried eggs in butter, pop the yolks, add tons of garlic salt and serve.

I also like

grilled cheese
BLT
reuben

As for subs, I like the Publix subs on white bread...turkey, pickles, provolone cheese, and mustard. Mmmmmmmmmmmm
I also like grilled turkey and cheese sandwiches. In college, we had a dining hall that made EXCELLENT grilled sandwiches...I can still close my eyes and imagine how they tasted
Finally, and most importantly....gyros......Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh gyros......
But Cindy, a good grilled cheese sandwich is always the perfect comfort food!

I like salmon lox on dark, toasted wheat bread with light cream-cheese and dill sprinkled on top.

Subway BMT!

BLT on bakery bread, good bacon and my tomatoes.
Gyros...........
Good grilled cheese
sometimes if it strikes me a good egg salad/tuna salad sandwich
Meatball subs
Fried egg sandwich w/ham and cheese added

Good thing its getting close to supper time

My favourite sandwhich from subway is.... Chicken with cheese, lettuce, cucumber, olives with bbq sauce or honey mustard sauce

At home i love making toasted cheese, and onion sandwhiches or
Cheese, onion and ham sandwiches
we have no more bread or cheese or eggs right now

Safeway makes a wonderful Roasted Garlic/Peppercorn bread -- it's awesome for a grilled ham and swiss. I think that has to be my number 1 sandwich, although almost any variation on the ham/swiss theme is good. Also, toasted BLT on anything that isn't "cotton wool", if the tomatoes are nice and the bacon is crisp.

mmm I love Coronation Chicken with a little bit of salad.

or Brie and grape sandwiches mmmm.

Or chicken, picallili (sp?) and salad.

I really love it if it's on hubby's fresh baked bread, or bread with plenty of different grains and seeds in.
