Y'a know, I have before thought of forums such as TCS, using my imagination and imagined them as a small tropical island a few miles wide, and a big neighborhood in there, with all of us living there, and the gossips, the events, the contests, and all of the essence of a community, Anne is the queen of the island...
And in essence, its all that. A community perched in an island, but in virtual reality.
