Everyone is great! Olivia is going to the vet tomorrow morning (weather permitting, we are calling for a bunch of snow so I hope we make it in) they fit her in for a drop off appointment, so I will drop her off at 8, then they will call me around noon and tell me what is going on and when I can pick her up. I told them I wanted an exam for her URI and I also want x-rays done to see if they can tell me more about how far along she is.
Awesome I can't wait to hear how many she I'd having and how far along!!! Tomorrow in the US we are supposed to (atleast near me or I think in Pittsburgh in general) get 3 to 6 inches of snow tomorrow. It's crazy we never usually get that much snow unless it is in January and right now it is March supposed to he spring but I guess god flip flopped the weather lol!!
We are relatively close to Pittsburgh! We are in Morgantown! I have seen anywhere from 6 to 14 inches! I don't think anyone actually knows! I hope it isnt bad in the morning though!
Do consider in taking her to the vet in the morning whether you will be able to pick her up again later based on the weather. I know you are anxious to find out some things, but driving could be hazardous.
Oh definitely! It doesn't look like it will be bad at all in the morning- it looks like it is going to be too warm then for it to stick. And then it doesn't look like we are going to get the bulk of it until that evening/night so hopefully we will be able to pick her up before then. The latest would be 5 and that is only an hour after it looks like it is supposed to get "bad". We'll see!
Home safely with Olivia! They gave us antibiotics for her, they said to expect kittens this week! They said they saw 5 on the x-ray, they are supposed to be emailing me my copy of the x-ray so I will share it with you when I get it!
Yay!!!! So exciting that's great that they gave a X-ray and antibiotics for her so awesome and thanks for keeping up posted I love reading everything and helping or even just talking so thanks!!!!
This week! Wow! It's great everything went well. Five kittens. This is all good to know. I'm so glad you had her checked before deciding on the spay. I had a feeling she would be too far along.
Good they gave her antibiotics for her URI. She'll be feeling better soon, and kittens will benefit as mom won't be contagious.

I agree I figured she would be pretty close and it's good to know how many she has so your prepared for future issues or future supplementing!!!
Sadie's babies are doing great as well! I haven't posted the weights because I keep forgetting to grab the paper when I go to work which is usually when I post lol. But everyone is gaining, the little runt that I had been worried about was pushing the big one off of the nipple when I went in earlier! Lol
I know when she has enough money maybe she should just buy a house with 1 more bedroom needed so all the kittens can go in it! lol! Anyway yes please whenever you can please update us and keep the weights posted!!!
Looks to be about 5 or 6 from what I can see but I may be wrong but the vet seems to be pretty accurate!! So EXCITED especially for you ashade1
since you have saved so many lives you deserve to be happy and excited about this if you are!!
