I know lol I'm excited. She's been moving very slowly today like she's just too tired to do much of anything haha. And she's getting more lovey with me. She keeps climbing up to me when I'm lying on my belly and she'll lie down across my arms under my chin and fall asleep cradled there lol.

hey! couple questions:

1. what would you say this discharge is? (i tried to cover her bootie to maintain at last some of her dignity lol)

i'm sure it's normal i'm just curious about whether or not you think the time is nigh lol. she is 60 days along today so i know the waiting game has just begun lol. no milk yet so we aren't that close. she pretty much sleeps all day and is becoming more affectionate by the day.

2. she has 10 nipples. 8 regular ones and two (that i call vestigial) nipples on the bottom right up under her last pair. they feel like they have milk in them but i don't really know if it is from their own glands or if it's from the bigger ones just above them so i was wondering if you could give me any insight as to whether or not they will be functional or just for show so to speak? i'll post a picture below...

they are about an eighth of an inch below the last pair. Funnily enough, our dog also has 10 nipples. my dad said i attract oddities lol.

i still can't feel a whole ton of movement and i have only seen it twice so i don't think she has very many in there (watch her have like 7 lol).

all of these photos were taken about 30 or so minutes ago.

It looks like normal pregnant cat discharge. She could have a week left since she's at 60 days.

It's hard to say how many nipples will be productive until she has her kittens and they begin nursing.

Hang in there! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

So Lurk has started getting very skittish and more than a little aggressive since yesterday. she gets scared by things that have never bothered her before and any time my husband, daughter or anyone else walk past her she hisses and swipes at them. If it gets too bad (toot many people walking past her at a time) she goes and lies down in her crate. she is like this to everyone  but me. she normally loves my husband: chortles and rolls over so he can rub her tummy whenever he enters the room but not anymore. She hisses and swipes at everyone except me. She can't get enough of me lol. all she wants me to do is rub her head and hold her belly (not rub it just put my hand on the side of her belly and hold it there while i rub and scratch her head) and she purrs a lot while I'm doing this lol. i can't really tell if her milk has come in or not but i'm guessing that if i can't tell that means that it hasn't come in yet lol. None of my other cats ever got like that before having babies before so i can't tell if this is a sign that she will be having her kittens soon or not (obviously it will be soon but i mean like, in the next few days lol). What do you think? any guesses on a time frame? she is 62 days today.

to be clear, nothing has happened to her that would make her fearful of defensive. we have a very small house so i can see her pretty much everywhere she goes in the house. and my 4  year old daughter knows to be gentle and is never mean to her so there is no reason i can think of why she would be like this. that's why i'm asking lol.

Eh, I think her pregnancy hormones are putting her on edge. I felt that way at the end of my pregnancy! ;)

She'll have them within the next few days!

Alright thanks. I figured that was all it was cause i was supper irritable the last few weeks with my daughter lol. Just checking haha. It's rather similar i find. The whole, "is this it?!" factor is there for both lol.

so this morning i woke to find that her belly looks a bit narrower than usual and it's a bit harder. has she dropped? still no milk but i've read that sometimes it doesn't come in until after t hey have the kittens. she also keeps meowing at me when i'm standing up but she's not trying to get me to follow her. she wantsme to sit down so she can sit on me lol.

Well that was weird. Lurk just meowed at me and started panting. She did it twice then walked over to a corner and lay down. She's now just lying there looking at me. Every time i get up and move she follows me meowing at me. So far though i haven't noticed any more discharge than what i posted the other day. I took a couple of pictures a little bit ago. I'll post them in a minute.

I recorded this so you can see what she's doing. I offered her some water but she just sniffed at it and lay back down in her box and whenever i leave the room she follows me meaowing at me. When i come back in here she goes back in her hox and lies down.

She keeps going back and forth between sleeping and panting lol. She'll sleep for about 5-10 minutes then wake up and pant and lick and then back to sleep. When she's awake she looks at me and meows like, "whhhyyyyyyy???" hahaha. It makes me feel bad for her cause i know how she feels
