Oooh my vote is "yay" (yes I think she's pregnant, not 100% but pretty much a little more than 60%)!
I can't wait to see the updates and see the newborns :9:
She is 100% preggers lol. Only 4 more weeks to go! And thank you! I will keep posting pics and updates for her and definitely when she has the little monsters lol (monster and weirdo are loving terms in my family lol).

Little bit of an update: Lurk is doing great. She's now officially too big to jump from the floor to the counter (she has her own little lounge spot set up up there cause we couldn't keep her down) and it's pretty funny watching her pick her way around things such as my husband's tool boxes (none more than a foot or two apart) to get up there. She's also beginning to waddle already. Still gets annoyed if you mess with her belly but she's just a grumpy pregnant lady i think lol. I do have one concern and that is that she doesn't seem to want to drink anything unless it comes out of the toilet lol. She has fresh cool water available to her round the clock but she only wants to drink out of the toilet. I keep it clean, but still. Is this unusual? I'm kind of worried she's going to fall in which wouldn't really cause any harm to anything hut her pride but still. Any suggestions as to why she's doing that?

Definitely close the toilet and don't let her drink from there.  No matter how clean you keep it, it is full of chemicals and bacteria.  Maybe you could put a bowl of water near the bathroom for her, though.

I usually try keep it closed but we sometimes forget and that's when she strikes lol. I don't use chemicals to clean it. I use vinegar and baking soda but i will make sure we remember to put the lid down. I'll try putting her water in there as well. Thank you [emoji]128522[/emoji]

Lurk will be 7 weeks as of tomorrow and i haven't seen any kitten movement yet. Is this normal? I've seen a bunch of videos in which you can see babies moving at 6 weeks but they were all short haired cats too. At what point should i be concerned?

There is nothing to be concerned about. It is much more difficult to see kitten movement in longer-haired cats, and also easier to see and feel as the kittens get bigger the last week or two of pregnancy. [emoji]128522[/emoji]

Lol. Alright. She is 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant today and she looks like she swallowed a small watermelon lol. I still can't see or feel any movement yet but she isn't usually in the room with me (she prefers to be alone and sleep in her cave aka the dog crate with a blanket draped over top) so i could just be missing it while it happens. I still think she's got five in there. I know for sure she has at least 2 because i felt them very distinctly. She pretty much just eats and sleeps now haha. She gets mad af when i touch her belly (probably cause i keep trying to count the kittens or feel them moving hahaha) but is super lovey otherwise.

Another little adition to the update: my hubby said he felt the kittens fluttering under his fingers last night before bed whem he was loving on Lurk (we also call her Lurky, Lurky-poo, Lurkums, Lurkums-poo, and Lurk-dizzle lol). So that's good. You should have seen the dopey grin he had on his face lol. It was super adorable.

I saw one of the kittens kick Lurk in the side yesterday and she twisted her head around really quickly and looked at her stomach like, "what the h*ll was that?!" remembering the way it felt when my daughter kicked me like that, I'm guessing it probably twinged a bit lol.

So lurk is 8 weeks and 2 days today. I have only seen or felt movement maybe three times which leads me to believe that there aren't as many in there as i had originally thought. I have a question though. She has gotten into her nesting box (she's lying in it right now) bit she pushes out the towel that i had put in there (i switched the blanket for a towel that i had my daughter sleep with for a couple of weeks because lurk likes to sleep on her bed) and is scratching/tearing up the bottom of it, kind of like she's trying to dig through. I'll take a picture of it later when she's not in it anymore. What is she doing? I've never seen this before and i don't think it's because the towel wasn't soft enough lol.

She's instinctively scratching around trying to arrange her nest, but she has nothing to work with. Do you have some soft old shirts or other pieces of old clothing to put in the box? Or can you pick up some lengths of fleece at a cloth store? She may prefer something besides the towel.

You're getting down to the final stages here!

I can find some old shirts i think. I'm pretty excited for the kittens. I can't believe she's already down to 2 weeks or less! This is crazy! Lol
