It's a good thing both girls are not delivering at the same time, I am sure you agree.

Is that two precious little tortie girls I'm looking at?  I hope so!

OH...if both cats are very close, don't be surprised or dismayed if the end up with all the kittens in one place, co-mothering.  It's far more common that people know.

That's great! Make sure she has wet food and water right nearby.

That's great about the neighbor cat!

Newborn kittens really like to be with mom at all times so keeping her food, water and litter nearby is helpful. Are they both Torties? How cute. [emoji]128516[/emoji]

One is Torrie and the other is like calico/tortie

I'm thinking about talking to my neighbor and seeing if maybe they would just let me keep him I feel so bad just sending him over there to just be an outside cat

It's great the male cat was fixed today. Can you keep him inside for a day or two to see how he does?

How much do you think the neighbor cares about this cat in general?

She might be what StefanZ StefanZ has mentioned as a tortie and white since she doesn't have many large distinct patches. It's hard to tell in the photo. Very cute either way! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

I agree. Not easy to see as yet, There are clear patches in the face, but muddy in the backside...   So long I want to call it for tortie with white.

It shall be clear cut three different colors to be a calico.   In fact, in some languages they ARE called for three colored cats.

One thing.  If the kittens squeks after mommy immediately she leaves the nest, it may perhaps be rather chilly in there?   So they do need the body warm?

If so, you may perhaps want some additional source of warmth.

Sarthur2 Sarthur2 I plan on keeping him in for a day or to the heal up a little bit and they don't really seem to care he Cry's to go in but they won't let him and they would not get him fixed so I'm hoping I can just keep him he seems so much more calm already

krissy marissy krissy marissy and StefanZ StefanZ its hard to tell by the pic but she's actually half gray and half black with orange and white spots and the other is gray white and orange they are so adorable

That's just pitiful the way he's treated. He will love living with you! Poor guy!

I have to wonder if the neighbors will even miss him for the couple days you are keeping him in. What do you think the neighbor would say if you do ask to keep the cat?
