There's a tuna salad recipe out of the Flat Belly Breakthrough book that I'm going to try tonight. Approx 300 calories per serving. We'll see how it goes.
That salad was actually pretty good. I used corn and peas in it for more veggies. More mustard than mayo. Rick has his in a 100-calorie bun; I ate mine plain. There wasn't a lot, but yet I didn't feel hungry afterward. It worked.

There's just a wee bit leftover and I may have that again tonight. Rick is going to his bowling dinner tonight, so I'm on my own for dinner.

Some type of green salad and I think I am going to pick up scallops to have with it.

I'm thinking of a salad tonight with some shrimp.

Still no idea.... husband is working late again. Deep sigh. I ended up having a personal pizza last night from the local health food store, it was delicious!

Have you tried the 100-calorie buns? They are also whole wheat and they don't taste terrible. I use them when I really need a fix for a bun with burgers, tuna, etc.

I don't think I've ever seen a 100 calorie bun. I've bought thin buns before for burgers. I want to try cloud bread.

Yes I've had those buns but the ones I bought were 130 calories I think. I'm not a huge bread eater but I love pasta. I seriously debated making spaghetti for dinner tonight instead of burgers but I don't feel like having to clean that up (my son eats it with his hands).
