Any problems re: Against the Grain canned food?

Now that we've cleared the first hurdle of getting Buddy to eat non-fish flavors, and Oscar starting to get the hang of canned food, we're trying new brands/flavors every now and then to see which ones we can add to their rotation.

Looks like Against the Grain has a couple of flavors that don't contain any fish ingredients, but I've been reluctant to give them a try because I'm not sure how close their relationship is with Evanger's.  Well, aside from the family connection. ;-)

Is their food processed at an Evanger's facility, or somewhere else?  And have there been any significant problems reported re: their canned cat food that you're aware of?

They state on their website that they own their own manufacturing facility.  But then I stumbled across this old article http://www.petbusiness.com/articles/2012-08-28/Siblings-Launch-Against-the-Grain-Food- where they indicate that their dog food is (or at least was at that time) produced by Evanger's.  So I just wanted to make sure.
