Good question. It's early and I'm not sure if we are going out to eat and who is even open today. If we stay in I think it will be shrimp in a green curry.

Pork and sauerkraut in the crock pot. I'm using the last of the chops from the Christmas crown roast. Over mashed potatoes. Just put everything in the crock pot and it should be ready around 3:00 or so.

Tonight we are having delivery pizza. Friends are coming in tonight to play cards and I suggested pizza as dinner. They agreed, so that's that. We also have some dips and appetizer-type foods for while we're playing later on. Should be fun. (And I don't have to cook tonight)

A turkey pot pie, made with the leftovers of the Thanksgiving turkey....took it out of the freezer last night. I will have left to make some kind of soup and then that will be it.

Homemade pork and venison chili with black beans and corn, tortilla chips to scoop it up with. Green salad. Perhaps a bottle of Negro Modelo to wash it down . . . .

Hi Judy!  We played one game of Shang Hai Rummy and then switched over to Cat-Opoly. Like Monopoly, only with cat breeds as properties, Going to Water instead of to Jail, and landing on Catnip instead of Free Parking, things like that. The "railroads" are Copy Cat, Stray Cat, Scaredy Cat, etc. Instead of paying Income Tax, you pay a Flea Tax.  Instead of buying houses, you buy litterboxes. And instead of changing the houses to hotels, you change the litterboxes over to large Fishbones. My GF won the game. They went home a little after midnight, I think.
