I usually spray my pans right over the sink; if not somewhat down in the sink.  It helps!  I hate cleaning these flat top stoves when stuff gets on the burners!  It was less messy when I was using my spritzer from Pampered Chef.  I had a hard time washing the sprayer part out so it's not been used in a while.  I do the breakfast casseroles for dinner.  I like ones that are supposed to sit overnight.  I just put them together in the morning and cook them that night.

The last thing for me was dinner: ravioli, sauce and mild Italian sausage.  And broccoli!  Not too bad for a rummage-through-the freezer kind of night!

I don't like those spray oil things at all. They've got a funny smell. We get Pam here. What's a breakfast casserole? Probably got stuff I can't get here if it's not kosher. Such a bore!!!

I haven't ate yet today. I had half a slice of bread last night and that's the last thing I ate. I was sick. I feel better now but I haven't had a chance to eat yet today.
Maybe Aimer passed something onto you. I'm glad you're ok now.

Just had a fairly normal breakfast -

1 egg over easy cooked in 1 tsp. kerrygold butter. 1/2 cup (raw) broccoli - first microwave steamed then finished in the pan with the egg. 1 slice chipotle white cheddar cheese melted atop the egg and broccoli.
1 oz. half and half with my coffee.  My bazillion am supplements :)
How do you steam microwave broccoli or any other veg?

My DD hates eggs. I'm not a huge fan of them either. I will eat them soft boiled, sunny side up or over easy but once the yolk is fully cooked it's dog food. I absolutely hate hard boiled eggs and deviled eggs are even worse. DH used to love egg salad. I always hated making it because I'd have to taste it to make sure it was seasoned right. YUCK.  I hate the texture of the cold, rubbery white part. :dead:    I don't eat eggs often because it doesn't matter how they are cooked.  If they get cold they become dog food even if I haven't taken a single bite. I think she does stuff to distract me on purpose when she see me with eggs because she knows I'll give them to her if they are cold. :lol3:
Clever dog ;-)

some reason I didn't catch it. When I was

What's an egg casserole?
what i know as egg (or breakfast) casseroles are meals made in one dish, a casserole dish. usually there is some starch in it, like cubes of bread or sometimes diced potatoes or frozen hash brown potatoes/potato shreds. there's pretty much always eggs and milk in it, which is many/most times poured over the bread/potatoes in the casserole dish. and many times there is (cooked) bacon, sausage, or ham mixed into it. spices added can vary. and many egg casseroles turn out best if made up and put in the refrigerator overnight (or for several hours or more, at least), then baked the next morning.

french fries, a couple hours ago.

Thank you. Have a good weekend. Do you find much difference between your week and weekend?

the difference i find is between 'busy' and 'quiet' days, though sometimes my quiet days are just as busy (but doing different things). i'm a very proactive person. i do pretty much everything based on the thought, 'better to get it done today (and off of my mind) than to wait until tomorrow (or another day)'.

some mini pretzels.
