Ringworm!!!

My parents were away from 3 weeks with my dog, I bought a kitten and the only room she was in was my room. I had her for two days when I found out she might have ringworm, I put her in a large cage right away. My dog came home today, and if I keep them away from each other, is it possible that he might not get it? I also cleaned my house and I clean the bathroom she is in everyday. I vacuumed the floors and mopped them with Lysol. I also got an anti-fungal spray that I sprayed on everything, and I have the lysol spray. I have minimum contact with her, and I'm really stressing out about my dog, since he is older. Please someone calm me down!

I've seen plenty of ringworm.  Do you have a positive diagnosis via culture or wood's lamp?  Why do you suspect ringworm?  What do the lesions look like?

Do your parents know you got a kitten and do they know about the possible ringworm yet?
