Rice noodles with tender beef, bean sprouts, white onions, and green onions stir fried on high heat. Mine was topped with sesame seeds. I have the dry version without sauce, in Cantonese it's called goon tow ho fun. :heart4:
Sounds delicious. I'm partial to Chinese food and sauces. I'm partial to Japanese food and not just sushi.
I'm partial to food. Hey ho.

   Nice one @Stewball.  Me too!

One of the people I share my apartment with bought some biscuits today that a colleague suggested he try. He kindly offered me one and of course I had to accept. Tunnock's Caramel Wafer.  Nomanomanom!

Dinner was out at one of our favorite restaurants - had a salad with ranch dressing (simple greens, cucumber, radish, a wedge of tomato - no croutons), a fried chicken sandwich which is topped with a small amount of a jalapeno coleslaw.  I substituted sautéed zucchini and red bell pepper for the fries or coleslaw that were my options to go with the sandwich.

Came home and immediately had 4 rainier cherries with 1 tablespoon of my homemade unsweetened vanilla whipped cream

I know. :anon:  It was so good and to be fair, Aimee had a couple of bites so I didn't eat the whole thing. :lol3:
Lucky aimee. It's so good she eats everything. You're very lucky. When joanna was a little b
girl ALL those years ago and my parents came for a visit, if they wanted to take us out it had to be a restaurant that would give her eggs sunny side up and french fries. Not many would. She's a good eater now :lol3:

Dinner last night was the last thing I ate. Instead of the meat loaf, Rick offered to make hamburgers again (and I will never turn down one of Rick's burgers). He added half of a can of Rotel chunky mild tomatoes to the ground chuck and a few tiny chunks of cheese. Then he added some sliced cheese for cheeseburgers. Grilled them until they were just barely pink. And then we put more tomatoes on top with some of my homemade relish. Delicious! They had just enough heat that you could taste it, but not overly so. He made six burgers and we ate four, so we still have two left, probably for a quick Tuesday night supper with a nice salad.

She will eat most things, but she doesn't like beef or pork. She will sometimes eat roast pork if it has gravy on it.

I had a blueberry danish and some pineapple for breakfast.
