2 gluten-free Italian with peppers and onions turkey sausages, 1.5 cups blend of shredded red and green cabbage, kale, Brussels sprouts and broccoli with 1.5 tsp. homemade lemon garlic vinaigrette.  Yum!

Some (Stouffer's) creamed chipped beef on (Peppridge Farms Farmhouse Sourdough) toast,  also known as SOS, Dog Vomit On Toast (my sister's designation), Barf On Bread, Crap on a Cracker.

How'd it come out?  I think Crock pots are wonderful.

I had leftover sushi.  It was awesome.
i love my crockpot too! the crockpot chicken and dressing came out very nice. i've made it several times before. i takes already cooked chunks of chicken, leftover slices of bread, and a batch of cornbread and with some spices and celery/onions makes a nice meal.

Some leftover homesmoked pork spare ribs made without sugars or sauce, just a sugar-free dry rub and mop sauce made with that rub.  A serving of shredded red and green cabbage, kale, broccoli and Brussels sprouts. A see's walnut square for carb/dessert.

Some little debbie peanut butter waffer things:)  Really good but they were my husbands snack to bring to work and bought him a huge box.  Have a feeling I may have to forget to give them to him.

Cadbury cream egg. My boyfriend loves them and grabs a 3 pack whenever we go grocery shopping. I thought I could use a sugar boost, and then I remembered why I thought they were disgusting. Diabetic attack wrapped in chocolate!

That's why I like the little ones that come packed like a dozen eggs. If I eat one of the big ones, I have to lay down and twitch from the sugar overdose.
