No. I purposely shopped for a single level ranch.

Some days it's hard walking to the other end of the house, stairs would be torture.
I had enough problems getting up and down them back in my teens to know that I would have problems now and that 10 years from now probably couldn't.

In the snow!!!!
We have two stories and an unfinished basement - lots of dark, narrow stairs which are fun on crutches.

We have a storey and a half with stairs going up to the loft and stairs going down to the basement (finished). We also have steps leading to both the front and back door...wow...didn't realise we had SO many stairs.

Only steps are the two to the garage where the laundry is. And there are times they can be daunting.

My apartment is a spacious,3-bedroom ground level apartment.
NO stairs!

My last apartment I had ALOT of stairs and it drove me nuts having to carry all of my groceries or heavy things up them,so when I moved I decided to find something with no stairs and I now have the perfect place!

No stairs. ReeRee has neurological issues that make stairs difficult for him. I am too afraid that he will fall and break something.

Two stories for us, plus a basement. Lots o' stairs, which are great fun when doing the bucket brigade while cleaning out our aquariums.

We always lived in ranch-type houses growing up, and always thought it would be cool to live in a two-story house.

No stairs, single story and we don't have basements over here.

We live in a walk-up apartment, so that's actually 5 flights of stairs.

We have a one story with a full basement, we are on a hill, there is a flight of stairs up from the driveway, two stairs into the house, once in you have a choice of going upstairs or downstairs,
