Last night was a spicy chicken vegetable stir-fry over rice. Came out very yummy!

Tonight is probably pork tenderloin of some sort but I don't know what, since I'm not cooking.

to the beetroot fans!

Tonight I've taken some thin beef sausages out of the freezer, got some Kiwi middle bacon and might have eggs and toast!

On the west side of... of... somewhere.
During the massive cleanup of my kitchen today, I found (well, I knew it was there, but didn't get to it) the other half hte the package of 'Taco Pasta Salad' mix... so I just cooked up the pasta, mixed everything together and am letting it chill so it's not lukewarm... i'll have some later...

It's clouding over, but I'm still going to grill -- the heck with it! And even though the salad is not very Greek, I think the beef is going to be souvlaki.

Most definitely BBQ tonight.
I am heading over to the farmer's market shortly to pick up some really yummy Honey Garlic Sausage from their butcher shop. All the meat there is supplied by the local Mennonite community and it is very delicious.
Expensive though but then everything is organic and free range.
So it's going to be sausage on a bun, potato salad, and green salad. For dessert some more strawberries I think. My tummy growling just thinking about it.....

After a nice long stretch of warm sunny weather, we're now expecting a few days of cooler/grey/some rain -- not a bad thing actually, since everything is dry and the fire hazard is high. So, I don't think I'll be BBQing tonight. Maybe pasta...

Tonight it will be a quick serving of leftover low fat turkey lasagna before we head out for bowling.

It's sunny for the first time in a long time, so I am firing up the grill. I'll be grilling hamburgers, shrimp, corn on the cob and then having a green salad on the side.

Don't know what happened to the clouds and rain (not that I'm really complaining or anything), but it's sure been nice this afternoon and if it stays this way, it's back to plan-BBQ -- while we can. Maybe smokies with some yam fries and a salad.

Oh YUMMY!!!

Ours will be chicken fried steak sandwiches with baked home fries and probably carrots.

Found a box of chocolate pudding in the cupboard so I know what's for dessert!

The rain they've been promising seems reluctant to come, but we won't be BBQing tonight as we need to be done and out before 7. So, it'll be a fast meal -- either pasta or omelettes.
