Grilled scallops tonight, with grilled asparagus and probably some Jasmine Rice. Maybe fruit salad for dessert, or I might pick up a small tiramisu at the market while I'm buying the scallops.

I work this evening so I'm taking a Lean Cuisine dinner, a salad, nectarine, and an orange. I find that I get hungry around 10pm when I'm at work, so I'm also taking some Special K Red Berries and some lactaid milk. That way I won't want to eat when I get home.

Tomorrow I'll have more time so I will take something homemade instead of a frozen dinner.

Oh, yesssssssssssssssssssss!! The scallops (Digby Scallops, even though we're on the west coast -- nothing beats Digby Scallops) were divine. Mango salsa with them. The asparagus was divine. The rice was exactly the right foil for them.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAND
the tiramisu was trumped by fresh local strawberries. AAAAAAHHHHHHH. We have surely died and gone to heaven!

It must have been. The Lean Cuisine I took to work happened to be some beef stir fry one! It wasn't bad. Homemade is definitely better.

Tonight I had two things from work tonight - chicken fenders [4 grilled, skinless chicken tenderloins with sea salt and rosemary seasoning] and motobites [8 crumbed pumpkin, cashew and ginger bites] all with yoghurt relish dip!

The weather continues warm dry and sunny so it will likely be something on the BBQ, just haven't figured out what yet.

For lunch today I had fish, couscous and beetroot -- it was interesting but delicious!

Not sure what is for dinner tonight. I am going to Kieran's parents
