Ava & I are looking forward to seeing you ladies soon, but I won't be able to make it out this weekend...maybe a get together in May or June?

A May/June or even July get-together sounds wonderful. We could come near to you to make your life easier.

OMG, OMG - I'm thrilled! I just went to the website to read up on the All About Pets Show and look what I found!

Sorry but Canadian Cat Association rules prohibit de-clawed cats from entering the competition.

Finally some folks are getting educated!

That's probably true because if Cello was in the show the other kitties wouldn't stand a chance.

I was reading about the show on their website - the little white dog, Maggie, that's on the TV commercial for Sheba food is going to be there. They will have photo ops with Maggie between noon and 4 pm. I NEED to have my picture taken with Maggie. I love that dog! I keep telling my family that if I ever had a dog, it would be a dog like Maggie.

You mean Cesars! Maggie is the Cesars dog. The little westie.

She was there last year too, I saw people getting their picture taken at the Cesar stand. I think I went on the Saturday last year.

Yes Cesars - can you tell the manufacturer of Cesars made a huge impression on me for their product?
The power of marketing!

Possibly. The young lady from the Maritimes (originally from Ontario) hasn't met anyone either so if she comes you wouldn't be the only one.

But hey, Chris, it doesn't matter if we've met or not, you are one of us (TCS folks).

ETA: I'm looking forward to seeing some reptiles and hopefully one of the exhibitors will let me touch/hold their snake. I've always wanted to but never had the opportunity.

That I can arrange, if you're ever in the London area.... I have a bunch that you could touch.

I can't see why they wouldn't at the show. Most snake breeders/owners are willing to, some will ask you to use hand sanitizer first in case you've been touching other snakes to prevent the spread of snake mites.

I do get to the London area occasionally. John's brother and his wife as well as our niece live there. My hubby is originally from Ingersoll and most of his family still live in that area (Woodstock, Ingersoll, London). His sister just recently started working at one of the local radio stations (I don't know which one as I haven't spoken to her lately but I'll be seeing her tonight - she's coming to the Seal show with me and our daughter since hubby has a gig tonight and can't make the show.)

I'd gladly use hand sanitizer first if they would let me touch their snake.

I held the tail of a huge constrictor last year, it was awesome.

I'm not sure if I will be able to meet up with you guys or not. I'm going with two friends and it would be up to them if they wanted to go along too.
