Well I did have a dinner invitation from my Aunt but cancelled because of a stupid Sinus headache I have. So I took out some Beef Barley soup I had in the freezer and will have that with some toast.

Beef Barley soup!
One of my all time favourite soups. Comfort food.
Hope you're feeling better soon.

For us, either the last (for now) of the turkey, as hot turkey sandwiches, or a Thai Green Curry with pork and veg leftovers from Friday night.

Nothing too exciting. I'm going to poach some blue grenadier with some mountain pepper seasoning, diijoinaise and steamed veges.

Tonight I am having penne with a nice blush sauce with lots of mushrooms,

I put a swiss steak in the crockpot this morning, so it'll be all ready when I get home. (I LOVE the crockpot!)

I put chicken in the crockpot this morning with some stewed tomatoes and a seasoning packet. It smells sooo good, and I think I might have to sneak a piece before my fiance gets home. I, too, love my crockpot!

I ended up having a microwave meal last night but pan frying some mushrooms and adding those in. Apple cinnamon pudding and lite vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Tonight it will be something delicious since I'm not working!

Go to the first or second page of the thread, and Krazykatlover describes how to make stacky uppies. I never heard of them before either.
