That's a sweet card/scroll! I like the kitty heads, and thank you for including me as a well-wisher.

What a wonderful card! I'm sure it will pick up his spirits to know that there are so many people around the world thinking about him.

I'm glad they managed to drain the fluid and hope that his condition improves quickly. From experience with something similar not all that long ago, I have an idea of what he is going through.

Best wishes for a speedy and full recovery!

One of the problems with "user names" is that they are often very hard to transcribe. In this case, I know it was, because mine got misspelled! Odds are good I'd be the only one to notice it, anyway.

Sorry to hear Lee had to undergo such a procedure, but I've been told by those who have had it done that it is an immense relief, almost immediately. In fact, I had a friend who had it done without anesthetic, as an emergency procedure after a truck accident, and he said the relief was worth the pain. (He had a broken rib that had punctured a lung. A side-benefit was that he also quit smoking because of this!)

Ah! I am pleased to assure you that I caught that, and it was corrected on the card itself! I just forgot to fix it in the list I'd made when I copied it into the post. I'm sorry!

Trust me, it's right on the card. Whew!

Oh Carol! That poem & card is just beautiful!
You have a very special talent in your poetry writing!
I'm sure Lee's spirits will be lifted greatly when he reads it! And there's no greater medicine in the world than having kind, loving friends who care and wish him a speedy recovery!

Thanks for all you're doing, and all the updates.

Hopefully Lee will feel a bit better now that he's been drained, but that card from us all will help

Lots more healthy coming over for good measure

Psychology Today magazine says that 2% of everything we do is a mistake, even after we think we've caught all our mistakes. It has to do with the neural connections in our brain, and it's entirely normal.

I'm just embarrassed by the times I've misspelled my own name!
