I am a huge fan of meatloaf! Yum!

I also like broccolli (cooked and raw), cauliflower, asparagus, and artichokes.

I wish I liked spinach. It always sounds so good when paired with other foods, but I just don't like it. I've really, really tried.

Winter squashes.

I like raw spinach on sandwiches, better texture then lettuce.

Considering that it smells and resembles some (cheaper) cat food... I've never dared to try it.

Spam actually isn't that bad. When I was a kid mom used to slice and pan fry it and put it on toast with cheese. Of course, I also like vienna sausages!

Now, on the healthier side, I love a fresh sliced garden tomato with pepper. Fresh green peppers, radishes and carrots with ranch dressing dip.

My favorite winter comfort meal is shepard's pie (meatloaf "crust" filled with mashed potatoes and topped with corn). It's not pretty the way I make it but it is soooo good! Pour gravy over it...

Pickled everything! Pickled eggs, sauerkraut, pickled herring, pickles, SOUR/SALTY (not cocktail) pickled onions, pickled asparagus, etc... YUM! Maybe it's because I'm 1/2 German. haha

I also love fish/seafood stuff that most people hate. Mussels, clams, etc. I also love black olives, anchovies, feta, mushrooms, my fav pizza toppings!
As you can see, I am an EXTREMELY non finicky eater at all.
