IMO girls, if you can find a guy that admits he's an
hole, then marry him. You'd be surprised how much more accepting you are of him when HE admits it rather you telling him he's one

I look(ed) for guys that allowed me to be me. The ones that tried to change me (i.e. clothes, shoes, etc) never worked out. The ones that tried to make me the house wife that I am SO NOT, nope, not for me either.

Fiancee hasn't suppressed me in any regard. I am back in school learning a field that I've been dreaming about for years and actually gets on my case if I'm not studying (i do need that on occassion
)

What does DH stand for cuz everytime I see it I automatically think..Da Husband..LOL...I might be wrong so someone help me figure out this puzzling mystery..LOL.. Lets see..15....Hmm 1. Gotta have a backbone, I wouldnt want anyone that cant stand up for themselves or what they believe in. 2. Smarts..I can play dumb when I want to but theres nothing better than someone who knows who Freud is and can tell me all about Ren and Stimpy..3. Athletic..contact sports are so hot...lol Umm shorten this up. Basically I want my friend Kasey all wrapped up in a pretty lil package...We have been friends for so long I dont think that a relationship is possible..Ok Im gonna go off and daydream now...**Why is it that when women feel stuck into a situation they feel like they cant do anything to get themselves out? We need to explore the inner workings of a woman**

my darling lives in australia, we arent together, but we really like each other... Hence my upcoming trip!!
He has nice green eyes, dark curly hair 5'8, has cute facial hair n chest hair, loves cats, very funny, easy to communicate, wants the same things in life like i do!

If all goes well financially and emotionally he may just fly to germany with me!

I had a dream a few years ago that I was getting married to this guy but i couldnt see his face now when i put two and two together it fits. I really do believe he is the one!!

wish me luck it all works out, when we met last time we got along so well and i had to return to germany but weve kept in touch ever since. Its funny how you never realise things untill years later

Haha, sometimes I have doubts that people like that exist, but a guy can dream.
Ah, now that's where you're wrong! I've got everything on your list except for "closet musician" (I'm pretty tone deaf) and "jet black hair" (although it is a very dark brown). So keep looking! I'm sure there's got to be one where you live, too.

Honesty is the foundation -- and not just faithfulness to the relationship, but natural, everyday forthrightness. I didn't believe it was possible to completely trust anyone, but I did have that in the best (and last) of the three relationships of my life... and it was such a great relief!

A sharp mind is essential, too, and an open one... and along with these goes the competence that someone else mentioned. It's wonderful to feel that your significant other is just as capable and committed as you are to handling whatever needs handling!

A sense of humor, of course -- and yes, please, grown-up humor, not just junior-high level... though goodness knows my brother descends to that at times, and he cracks me up.

Employment is good, self-employment is fine... and entrepreneurship is great, as long as it's tempered with common sense. Being rational with money is a good thing, too.

Animals, of course... they must be cheerfully accepted, at the very least.

It's important to me that we maintain separate identities, too. In that very-nearly-perfect relationship I had, he and I shared most of our interests -- but those we did not share, we pursued separately without resentment. It took awhile for our friends to understand that when they saw one of us without the other, it did NOT mean our relationship was falling apart!

And then there are dealbreakers: no smoking, no drinking to the point of drunkenness, no drugs, no gambling, no criminal activity, and no rightwing politics.

Beyond that, everything is open. It would be good if he cared as much about music as I do, if he liked going to live concerts and plays as I do, if he wanted to travel as badly as I do. But I can imagine it working without those things in common.

Here's the thing: I want to be with someone who knows how to leave pride out of the relationship. One of the most important things is that both people know how to give in, how to take it back, how to say I'm sorry without feeling resentment about it. If you can do that, you can stay happily together forever.

Looks don't mean much to me, and it's a good thing, too, because I'm no prize myself. But if I felt worthy of a really attractive man... he'd be tall, not too slim, and not pretty... a little rough-edged. And his voice would move me.

Gosh, it feels strange to think this way again. It's been so very, very long since I've even gone out on a date! But I suppose it's still possible... stranger things have happened...

Haha, sometimes I wonder if I'm really 25, I feel more like a 16 year old. Nope nope, I want a girl, or at least a girl at heart. Women scare me...

I would have to fine someone very similar to myself simply because I have been single a long time and like to have my own way
Of Coarse I probably could learn to compromise if there was a huge bank account involved..

Seriously though I enjoy being single and it would have to be someone very special for me to even consider giving it up..

I forgot one important criteria.....

Intelligence!

It's very important that the guy I'm with be intelligent, either equal to or above mine. My last serious boy friend had an IQ of 170. I loved talking to him. We could talk about everything and anything and never run out of topics, be it silly or serious and would often sit up all night for hours and hours just talking. I really miss that.

I think out of all of my hopes and dreams about the man I choose as my life partner, intelligence is in the top 3, if not #1.

I'm usually not often physically attracted to people! Not until I get to know them a little bit.

For sure I know I don't like very scrawny guys. They don't have to be built or anything (I like a little bit pudgy
) but when they are very thin, thinner than I am, it makes me feel less girly :x

I like them to be silly but still serious when it comes to things like money. My ex always blew all his money on toys and things like that and never thought about the future at all! And I hate that!

I also like people who are very open minded about music
They don't have to like the stuff I listen to, but as long as they are willing to try then that's all that matters.

And just someone who is genuinely nice and friendly. I hate those flirty guys. Man, they are so annoying!!!

Luckily, Jim pretty much fits all of the above.. except the money thing. He is kind of bad about that. I keep trying to get him to save some money but!! I still have more (lots more) in my bank account even though I haven't worked as long, get paid less, and have more bills! What's up with that!

Haha, I took Jim to a metal concert with me one time, and afterward he told me he had lots of fun. But then last month I found out that he was super scared!!!!!
I'm still dragging him with me to the next one though :x

Ahhh, so criminal activity is your downfall, eh? I'll bet you were in black ops, right? I'll bet you live in dread of the day when your past catches up with you... when you glance across a street and see a chillingly familiar face... a face you last saw through the drifting haze of gunsmoke at the camel market in Istanbul, the face of the man who had just dropped your partner in the dust... the man against whom you swore vengeance, and now that he's returned, you know you'll be drawn back into the game... the dirty, deadly game of international intrigue...

Yeah. That's it, right?
