Does Jack carry for marble? I looked on your page and saw that Penny is a marble (a gorgeous one, I might addOriginally Posted by Kai Bengals
He has been mated to our girl Penny, she's expecting next month and then he'll be mated to Miss Spotty Paws when she's old enough.
Good questions.Originally Posted by tiffanyjbt

Do you think any of the kittens will get Jacks eyes? Some will probably be silvers too, right?
When is Jacks next show? Its coming up soon right? What will you do to prepare?
Can you tell I'm excited for you?!?

I'll give you the short version of what triple grand means.
TICA's championship system is tiered and based on finals awarded by the judges (which result in ribbons being presented) and points. Points are awarded by finaling and defeating other cats.
Champion = At least 1 final and 300 points
Grand Champion= At least 6 finals and 1000 points (hardest level to achieve)
Double Grand Champion= At least 7 finals and 2000 points
Triple Grand Champion= At least 8 finals and 3000 points
Quadruple Grand Champion= At least 9 finals and 4000 points
Supreme Grand Champion= At least 10 finals with 1 final as Best Cat as a QGC and 6000 points.
Yes, it's a little confusing. I'll try to summarize.Originally Posted by siameseohio
Thank you for the explanation. It has lead to another question however. You have Grand Champion as hardest level to achieve, but it appears that Supreme Grand Champion would be the hardest because you need more finals, points, etc. Could you explain? Thanks.
Yes it is involved. Thank you for the further explanation.Originally Posted by Kai Bengals

The finals and points are cumulative.
I.E. A cat needs 6 finals and 1000 points to achieve Grand Championship status.
In order to advance to the next level of Double Grand, the same cat would need to get one more final and an additional 1000 points. The total would then be 7 finals and 2000 points
So to achieve Supreme, the total final count count must be 10 plus 6000 points.
The reason Grand is the most difficult, is that here is where the cat must earn 6 finals from at least 4 different judges. Basically this is the point where you know you have a cat that can continue to win, versus a cat that is really good, but may not be one of the best.
I hope this clears it up a little. I know it's a bit involved.
