I've heard of that size... I'm a 34G... so trust me , I sympathize with the cleavage dilemma... Life's a pain after puberty, ain't it? Stateside, we do have shops in the larger metropolitan areas that are typical boutique types... they usually have larger sizes... there's even JJ and up...

I think if I ever got to that point, or was at that point, I'd raise a fund to have the surgery... I have a hard enough time finding clothes that fit with my size... argh!!! Although i do have a lovely bra brand that fits like a dream... Rosa Faia, by Anita. They're from the Czech Republic. I'm not sure how high they go, but they carry my size, so I assume they go higher. I get model #5490... comfy, good coverage... you name it... decent price considering how much other once my size are... yikes!

I WISH I could get bras at VS... but alas, they only go to DD...

Men should never complain about their boxers... ever. they have no clue how stinkin' lucky they are.

Guys do laundry?

Actually, I don't let my husband do it because he keeps forgetting to fold it and hang it up.

I am with you on that one - I was a 38DD before i got pregnant!! I've been wearing bras to bed since I found out, because my back gives me h*ll if I don't .

I've looked into it, but they snip off the nipple and then reattach it (so that it's in the right place, visually, on the smaller breast). This can ruin sensation and make breast-feeding impossible. I'd rather not.

For the more curious among you, I have posted a new picture in the Pictures!Pictures! thread (all my other pics here have been head shots, I think).

They are not (despite all the clever sowing done to make them look that way) delicate pieces of cloth - they are in fact expensive, highly technical structural equiptment - about the same amount of effort goes into making my bras as goes into to fully rigged ship's sail.

THIS is why we are obsessed with them, not because of their pretty colours and shiney material.

That's just a bonus.
What state do you live in? There are some really nice botiques that carry larger sized bras

You girls crack me up!! I thought I had it bad being a 36 D, but I know it can be much worse. I can't imagine...I have a hard enough time finding bras that fit me, especially at victorias secret, the D drawer is always the smallest!
I've given up on finding really cute ones, apparently they don't make those past C, but I did find a pretty pink one the last time I was there! I guess if your bigger, you shouldn't get much choice. Usually all I have to choose from is black, nude or white!

me too, 36D....but I don't even care about color at this point. As long as it makes them stay shapely, and not smashed, flattened, or like torpedos I'm happy. I am wearing a Calvin Kline contoured bra most days of the week. It has shape, but no padding, just a firm contour to keep the girls up right. Darn that gravity!!! And at 28, I already have those big indents on each shoulder from having these puppies since 11yo....it was NO picinic in 5th grade, trust me!

i hear ya. Although now that I've found my basic bra I'm looking at others... I have a nice lacy black one... fits decently for my size (one of the larger girls here) and I have a very cute light pink 'cleavage enhancer' by Freya... very cute and in my size!!! Really!!!

If you don't mind buying online and going through the fitting process at home, try Figleaves, or one of the others I considered buying from (prices are the same), or find one in a city near you and take a day trip... if you're married, tell your hubby you're going bra shopping and he can help you pick out a nice lacy one...

Trust me, the pretty bras are out there for larger sizes... my Freya is cool... not an everyday bra... but suitable for other occasions...
