I will definitely let you know. I hope this helps with his smelly poop and stomach issues. I feel Oliver is not very picky because he eat about anything you give him. If he does good with goat milk I will give it to him as a treat.
Good news! Oliver is doing much better. He ate his whole dinner and hasn't had a bowel movement since 5:30am. I did go but goats milk. Hopefully that doesn't give him diarrhea again.
I called a few of my local pet stores and they have Stella & Chewy and Fresh Pet RAW food. They said they can order RADCAT. Should I wait to until I get that brand?
The steak was unseasoned. I have tried giving beef meals before but he did not really eat it because he didn't like it. The reason why I suspect IBS/IBD is because his poopy is very smelly and soft with some mucus. I took him to the vet they did a stool test and it came out negative for...
Thank you for answering back. I defiantly want to switch to raw food but I am not sure where to buy it. I saw I can buy it online but you have to pay a surcharge that I do not want to pay. Do you know where I can order it from?
Hello Everyone! Let me tell you my story. On Sunday Oliver without our permission went on top of the sink and took a piece of steak. My mom had left the kitchen for about a minute and he wanted to be sneaky and took it. We didn't realize until he had almost finished the entire piece of steak...
I am a little panicked because I had chicken legs in the sink. And while I was at work my cat ate one of the chicken legs? I am very scared he might get sick. He ate his dinner totally fine but I will not feed him anything anymore for today.
No I haven't tested him for that. If he continues like this I will have to take to the vet. He still has so much energy and like I said alway looking for food. That is why I am not that concerned.
I have had Oliver since he was a kitten. Now he is about 3 years old going on 4. Last night I gave him fortiflora and it made his still a little more firm. I really don't like to give him fortiflora because I feel it makes him extremely thirsty. Do you have a recommendation for a probiotic?
Hello,
I would like to get advice on an issue I been having with my kitty Oliver. For a week he has been having loose smelly stool. Often times he goes about three times a day and does a very small amount of formed but loose stool and in the end puddeny. I am concerned because he eats really...
Thank you so much for the information I will defiantly talk to my vet about it. His phosphorus level was 5.7 (which is within normal ranges) and protein was a tad high 9.0 (normal range: 5.7-8.9). I currently give him Nature's Variety Instinct Rabbit and Pride- Chicken and Salmon. I tried to...
Last year back in May I took him into the vet bc he was drinking and peeing more then usual. They did blood work and only his creatinine level was up by 1 point. They told me it could have just been dehydrated so they treated it as a UTI. When he was 1 they also did blood work and those were...
Hey everyone! Yesterday I took my kitty to the vet and they did routine bloodwork on him. Today the vet called me and said his BUN and Creatinine levels are alittle above normal. I am very worried bc he is so young to have kidney failure. Has anyone else had a similar issue with a young kitty...
