I myself am an epileptic and I know that after having a seizure I find my way to bed, whether I'm home or not! After sleeping for a while I get up with pain in my head and if I fall and hurt myself, that would hurt also! But I also know well enough that PHENOBARBITAL is one drug I would never use...
I have 2 cat's and I use arm & hammer clumping litter. I clean mine out at least once a day but I only put a little litter in at a time after scooping out the bad, this way I can be sure that the litter is alway's fresh for my 2 girls. I know it's expensive at $9.50 a box but that's only $4.75...
I used to buy that stuff also but quickly gave it up because they never used them. I find my 2 cats would rather play with a piece of tinfoil balled up or any box that's around, even if the box is absurdly small they try to get into it. Of course they also dig out the odd beer cap so I can play...
My two only get 80 grams of food each per day, which is only 1/3 of pound of wet food per day and I don't give in to thier crying or sucking up so my cost is about .35 cents per day(Canadian) and I use about $7.00 worth of hard food per month. So .70 x 30=21 +7=28 /30=0.93 cents per day for 2...
I'm an epileptic and when I used to have a dog, she would come up to me and start nudging me hardly just before I would have a seizure, and most of the time it would stop me from going into one! I now have 2 cats and I was wondering if they are able to sense the same problem. If so are there any...
I have 2 cats. The mom George, as in curious George and her daughter S.N.E.A.K (super-natural extra adorable kitty). The mom is a 40 month old cat that has gone outside from day one, and her baby is a live in cat and hasn't been out ever. George is constantly shedding hair, winter and summer...
I live in Newfoundland,Canada and if I see beef ( not chicken ) on for $1.99 a pound I definitely buy it!! If I have to pay for tin's it comes to about $2.10 a pound and beef has got to be a hell of a lot better for my 2 girls than the stuff that comes in a can!!!
I have counted out fleas, my 2 cats sleep next to each other often, and the other one has no fleas and I couldn't find any. S.N.E.A.K. IS 2.5 years old and she's in her 3rd spring soon so allergies are not a problem either! She's an indoor cat and I change litter brands, food brands, often and...
Thanks for your replies. S.N.E.A.K isn't scratching her ears more than usual and I don't think she has mites because her mom,George, doesn't have the same bubbles! My vet says if she doesn't overscratch then it should be okay.
I keep my litter box in the bathroom and I clean it daily. I use Arm & Hammer kitty litter and not only does it keep the cat smells away but also takes away any other bathroom related smells. Besides it's winter in Newfoundland and letting my cat go in -10 degree weather is not an option.
I have a cat around 2.5 years old. Around 6 months ago she developed "bubbles" on her ears. They don't bother her but they take away from her good looks and I'm a little concerned and wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to remedy the situation.
My cat has a bad habit of jumping on my shoulders when I am shaving. Talk about 4 paws hurting! When she jumps up she goes straight to licking the shaving cream off my face! I've tried to get her out of the habit but she listens only to herself.Anyhow I was wondering if a little bit of shaving...
