I'm an epileptic and when I used to have a dog, she would come up to me and start nudging me hardly just before I would have a seizure, and most of the time it would stop me from going into one! I now have 2 cats and I was wondering if they are able to sense the same problem. If so are there any signs I should be on the lookout for?

Just as with dogs, I would doubt that ALL cats can 'see' a seizure coming. They would most likely become a lot more interested in you all of a sudden, coming to you and wanting in your lap. Or since it is something 'different' they might act startled and run and hide.YOU would be the one to figure out if they can predict your seizures by their actions, you know what normal is for them. You may want to keep a journal and write down any strange behaviors. I know that after a seizure you may not remember how they acted. Good luck, and I hope you do have a cat that can predict your seizures ahead of time!
