I don't think it's a Maine Coon at all because they look like this And seem to have quite a triangular face May have some ragdoll in it maybe? See below of a white one that's what's made me think it might be part ragdoll 😀

Nope he's not a Bengal, we once had a cat very similar and as a kitten we took him to the vets and even the veterinarian thought he was a Bengal because of all the lovely spots on his belly, as he grew up those remained but his back faded and became just more of a mingled Tabby, his head shape...

Omg I can emphasis with you I have 4 kittens all get the flu, we thought it was from a stray outide out catio which kept coming to see them! Anyways it was hard going I think they are over it now but two of them still have runny eyes now and again, anyway I hope you get through this ok. :)
