Last night I finally got the feral male I've been caring for to come inside he slept under the covers with me and now won't let me out of his sight I think he's the new man in my life

I have just moved into a bigger home with more people and a dog. my cat is so stressed out she will not move off the bed unless she ishungry or has to go potty. im really worried about her. whats should I do?

 ive been thinking about getting another cat . maybe a sphnx . will that ruin my cat's and mine relationship? dont know what to do?

 One of the ferals i care for cam up to the door and had blood all over his face and was limping. its the only one that wont come near me. i was to catch him to take him to the vet. how would i catch him?
