So I am curious -- one of my adult female cats likes to stick her nose inches away from the light bulb in a lamp on a table. The lamp has no light covering so when she sticks her nose toward the light, she is merely inches away from the actual light bulb. Why does she do this?
I know and that's sad. I really wanted a kitten from her. Yea she was a good mommy. She took good care of her babies. Her sister hasn't gotten pregnant since her first liter. As soon as I can though, we plan on getting them fixed. I hate it but it has to be done.
No none of them were sick. One minute they were happy, fat and playing and the next -- dying. The last one died on the 29th. I did notice that her milk glands were hard as rocks. I know they had been getting milk before and eating but them one after the other stopped eating, got weaker and...
I know. I don't plan on letting her. This is her second litter ever and even though these seem to be doing a lot better than the previous two, I just don't wan her having any more.

My cat gave birth to 3 kitten on July 31 and that makes them 11 days now. The odd thing is, all but 1 of them had their eyes open at 3 days old! The third one (which was the first born) just now started opening his eyes. Another odd thing that I have noticed is that they are ALL getting teeth...
