@Boris Diamond , Seal is gorgeous. So lovely to see the transition from feral to friendly. He reminds me a lot of my first cat as a child, 'Possum', who wandered in and lived for more than 20 years. All gray, with that same white spot under the neck.

@segelkatt,I was thinking the brown tinges were very much in his favour, and made him even more attractive. If the colour changes are not indicative of a deficiency that affects his health, then I'd be celebrating them, but that's just my taste, I guess.

@segelkatt, one of the features I find particularly appealing with Patrick is the rich-brown highlights in his black fur. I wonder if you could 'highlight' that feature in his description?
@segelkatt, Patrick is magnificent and would suit so many home situations. I hope so much that someone on this site can take him or knows of someone who can give him a loving home. If he was in Australia, I would just have to take him.
