Ah.. I didn't read that right at first. So they're constipated.. I have some young kittens myself and though mom is stimulating them they still don't poop much. Mostly pee. If you're concerned I'd call up a vet. They will give you some advice for free.

For the rough traveling cat: I believe some vets will prescribe sedatives for travel. Maybe that would make it easier on her?
