Toasted ciabatta rolls for breakfast.
Yes! I don't fry them in butter; I give the pan a quick spray of olive oil spray and once the bottoms turn white I add a little water and put a lid on it. They are so good! I wish I could get my kids to eat eggs. They are good eaters; but eggs are one of the few things they don't always go for. Unless it's in a dish like one I do with browned loose sausage, bisquick, cheese, diced tomatoes and milk. It's pretty "soupy" when you put it in the oven; the eggs really are the primary ingredient. I just don't tell my kids that.
two fried eggs, two slices of toast with margarine and my homemade apple butter, and a glass each of juice and milk -- a very late breakfast.
@MoochNNoodles -- i always say, you can't go wrong with fried eggs or eggs in general.
oh, i use butter to fry my eggs. i'm a real butter, whole milk kind of person. well, i do use margarine for things that require spreading on them -- the only three things that come to mind are my toast at breakfast, bread when making grilled cheese sandwiches, and slices of banana bread.

I just finished breakfast; oatmeal with blueberries. Pretty tasty; but it was a small cup so lets see how long before I want something else!
i've never tried having 3 eggs, though i many times add an extra egg yolk or white (leftover from making baked goods) to my two eggs. i switched to buying medium sized eggs must be coming up on a year ago. i convert my medium eggs to (how many i need to make) large eggs in recipes using a chart, and by using medium eggs for my breakfasts i save a little money every day -- which over a years time adds up to a reasonable amount, especially when added to the other big and little ways i save.Sorry. I hit send by accident.
I had scrambled eggs with cheese last night. I always have 3 eggs. I find 2 not enough and 4 too much. Yay for eggs.
What on earth is the time where you are? It's 4.30am here. Blighty woke me trying to get into one of my clothes cupboards!!salad of romaine, celery, scallion and a yogurt jalapeno ranch dressing. 1 cup (raw measured) cauliflower - boiled and mixed with miracle noodles fettuccine. 2 boneless baked pork chops with a bit of salsa verde.
1 serving Sees dark chocolate foil eggs, 1 Ciao Bello sea salt caramel gelato bite. Coffee with 1 oz. half and half. Was too much sweet stuff, don't want that much again.

what bothers me about non stick sprays is that the fine mist of the stuff lands over the general area of where it's sprayed, like on the stove top or such. i'm really picky about gunk on things, just must clean it off so would rather not let the gunk get on things in the first place. but...maybe you're talking about an oil mister/sprayer thing...?
i know one person who doesn't like eggs, never eats them. i just can't conceive of that...i guess because i absolutely adore eggs.
fried eggs can look kind of, rubbery like...like they could be made of rubber they way they're floppy.
i love those breakfast casseroles made with eggs! i'll make them for my main meal (what most people make for dinner, but i eat my main meal at lunch time -- figuring i could use the extra energy earlier in the day while i'm more active and doing things) many times.
when we were small, my mum told my dad to feed me and my sister our supper which was a soft boiled egg. Well we finished and dad turned the egg shells over. He said to my mum, who was washing b dishes, that we wouldn't ear them. Salad!Wafer biscuits
I usually spray my pans right over the sink; if not somewhat down in the sink. It helps! I hate cleaning these flat top stoves when stuff gets on the burners! It was less messy when I was using my spritzer from Pampered Chef. I had a hard time washing the sprayer part out so it's not been used in a while. I do the breakfast casseroles for dinner. I like ones that are supposed to sit overnight. I just put them together in the morning and cook them that night.

My DD hates eggs. I'm not a huge fan of them either. I will eat them soft boiled, sunny side up or over easy but once the yolk is fully cooked it's dog food. I absolutely hate hard boiled eggs and deviled eggs are even worse. DH used to love egg salad. I always hated making it because I'd have to taste it to make sure it was seasoned right. YUCK. I hate the texture of the cold, rubbery white part.
