Pam, not the way you want to lose 9 pounds, and you will probably gain some of it back as you start to feel better and rehydrate. I do have to say though, when I had pneumonia around 5 years or so ago I lost a ton of wait and did keep it off and then some.

Yesterday was a stressful day and it was a binge eating day. I'm back on the wagon today. Yesterday I opened a big of Chex Mix, which I never do. I couldn't stop eating it. I ended up throwing the rest outside so I couldn't have any more.

On Tuesday I ate three cupcakes with buttercream and then some. That took me 1004 calories over my daily goal.

I'm not saying its ok. It's not ok. I just want you to know you are not alone. Don't beat yourself up over it. Every day is a new day and we have the power to make every day a great day.

Hey and what happened to sweet little Abbey? That's a good set of fangs she has on her ;)
Cupcakes sounds delicious! :lol3: WE walked by a cupcake shop yesterday and I managed not to go in. :lol3:

I went to take Abby's picture yesterday morning and that is what she did. :lol3: I guess she wasn't in the mood.

Another new one day low this morning.  I'm so funny...it takes me forever to believe I'm really in a new "decade".  I'm finally seeing 213's - now I believe I'm truly out of the 220s.  LOL.

Well done Pat!! I ate badly yesterday and my weight has gone up this morning. I went up a whole pound but I also saw my goal weight one day this week. I couldn't believe it. I hopped on and off the scales and it kept showing the same. It's too much difference so I'm going to do an average for next Monday. So I will add the weight of the seven days together and divide by seven? That's right isn't it?

Good luck Karen and Pam.

I think you're amazing. Just amazing. You keep plugging along and you do so well. I am in awe of all of your hard work and (especially) your discipline. And I mean every word of that.

Tammat, you must be flirting with your weight goal!

I gained four pounds over the weekend. But, you know, I think that's OK. After being so sick last week, a loss of 9 pounds was too much. I really didn't binge over the weekend....yes, we had pizza, yes, we had apple pie, and the Yoyos, but I was careful. I think part of the weight gain was simply being able to eat again without being so ill. And I refuse to make myself crazy over the weight gain. I had an overall loss of 5 pounds for the week. It is what it is.

Pam - Good attitude...I think 5 lbs. after feeling better and being able to eat again, sounds wonderful!

I lost 1.25 lbs. this past week.  Today is my 3rd day in the last 7 of seeing a 213 so I'm happy.  Can't wait to be under 210 and counting down to 100 something :)

Grats!  I'm sorry for not coming by sooner - I stopped getting reminders and update emails from here (still not getting any???) and just got busy :(

It's Monday here. All week my weight has gone down by 200 grams a day. One day it stayed the same. I have been under my goal weight frid, sat and sun. Today I am 100grams over. Arrg!! Of all the luck. But I have had a great week. 1.5 kg (3.3pound) lost. I start training with a personal trainer tommorow. I'm actually going to be learning how to body build. From now on I will be wanting a weight gain but only muscle gain and not fat. The trainer has given me a nutrition plan and he is going to work out how many calories I need to have ect.. I'm going to need support to keep me on track.
I hope you all wake up skinny. Good luck with your weigh ins. We can do this!!!!

Yay Pat and Tammat! Can't wait til you get on the scales this morning, Pat, to see your average! I'm rooting for you, woman! Tammat, that's wonderful, even with the 100 g over. Still a great job!

I gained one pound since Saturday morning. And that's OK. We went out on Saturday and I did have a margarita and some snacks here at home. Split my restaurant meal over Saturday and Sunday, so I'm OK overall. It could have been worse.

Looking at it that way, I lost 3 pounds since last Monday.

Grats ladies!  I lost 2.1 lbs. this past week.  I'm very happy with that!  My goal is a minimum of 4 lbs. a month, and I'm usually over that.

Yay you two!!
Do we call that a whoosh Pat? It sounds pretty whooshy to me!! Good Work. I read your comment on another thread Pat. I think my diet may be similar in ways to yours. Carbs and fruit in the mornings only and then proteins and vegetables which are low in carbs after lunch. Every time I get out the cauliflower of think of Pat.
I'm guessing you eat it a lot because its a low carb vegie? I hear other people say "Im on a diet, I feel great and I'm not hungry". I have not experienced that before. Never. Until now that is. I do have more energy and I am not starving. My body likes it. I can keep this up. Bring on the cauliflower!!!
