I did open the guacamole DH had in the fridge. It had a sell by date of May 3rd. It was brown and icky looking. I opted not to try it. I think it is supposed to be green?

Yeeeeeah that’s the thing about guacamole. It’s delicious, when it’s fresh lol. Once made/opened if store bought you have maaaybe 1-2 days to eat it before it starts oxidizing and turning into a nasty brown mush, and even unopened it doesn’t keep for long.

Don’t let this turn you off of trying it though, just make sure it’s fresh when you do lol

Biomehanika thanks! I almost took a chance on it but stopped myself at the last minute. Happy I decided against it.
