ZOOM, do your babies ever do it?

I saw a show on television once all about cats and they described an activity that they called FRAP-ing - Feline Rapid Activity Period (or something like that). I don't remember anything more about it except that it is something that most cats go through every day. I know my two cats go through it every day!

Does anyone out there with more scientific knowlege have any additional information?

I think the show was on PBS's Nature.
