i'm from western PA and ALWAYS see electric candles in windows.. I think I have some in MY windows lol..

Another thing I noticed I see around here and not really anywhere else (I don't know if it's just a county thing or state wide) but people around here, their idea of decorating for christmas is tying (with very thick rope) a cheesy plastic santa to a big tree in their front yard.. Same goes for easter (with a bunny..).. That always cracks me up..

Mars!!! My cousins went to high school there!

Mom was born and grew up in Pittsburgh. There, they say "y'uns" not "youse".

Even though I wasn't born and raised in PA, this reminds me so much of my family....

One more thing, you know you're from (western) PA if you drink mint ginger ale.
