I feel so good!! In the past week, I've spayed/neutered 2 feral cats and one stray in my trailer park (haha, please no trailer park jokes!!). People just kept moving out and leaving their cats. I was beside myself when "Momma" brought her four-week-old kittens to my door. I didn't know what to do if she just kept having litters. She's outnumberd 3/1 with males. But God is good and the local SPCA has "spay days". They loaned me a have-a-heart trap. I got one male neutered last week, and as I speak "Buster", my favorite stray, is sacked out on my couch after being neutered, and "Momma" is in the cage receuperating from her spaying. I cannot praise these programs enough. They test for FIV/Leukemia, give rabies shots, treat fleas, etc. I just feel great that I could help this feral colony!! God Bless the Northampton County SPCA!!
