Yet another story on propaganda about cats
I bet they wouldn't blame it on the child if s/he did it.

The fire is not the cat's fault. It's the owner's fault for not being responsible and leaving the lantern out in the reach of his grandson and animals where it could easily be tipped over. It's unfair that the cat is being given a bad reputation becaues of the owner's irresponsibilty to adhere to recommended fire safety guidelines.

Thats like that other story just posted, about the little kid 'tempting' the child into the forest! Are you sure we are evolving, and not devolving? Some people are just so irresponsible and small minded! Cats are cats, cats do what they do, and if they knock things over or get into trouble, it's their nature. To leave a lit lamp in your house where it can be reached, is entirely stupid.

It was the owner's fault for leaving the lamp lit and within easy reach.

I hope people realise this and blame the right person.

Didn't this person realize you DO NOT go to sleep with a kerosene lantern burning or a candle either. This is all the owner's fault, not the cats.

you cant be serious, right???

if there was a cat and a dog there, EITHER can be the reason, not one over the other unless you SAW them do it.

I love cats and dogs, so dont place blame unless you can back it up.
