i have 'mouse thumb' on my right hand. i wear an adjustable wrist brace, but placed so that it's around the bottom part of my hand. it's really helped!

anyway, after spending 4 hours or more in a couple of different doctors offices.
they seem to under the impression after xrays- mri. that i some nerves have gotten trapped. Then then called in another doctor they did some twisting , rubbing, and few other thigngs. I felt hmm like somehting popped liked like a tight sting(and yea it hurt )
and then the pain stopped.

oh yea the last doctor was a chiropracter?( did i spell that right)

my whole elbow area is black and purple, and blue, now. and very stiff. but i can move it again without pain
